We've had a few questions about shipping, so this is how it  works!  All orders within the United States are shipped USPS Priority mail from our location in Utah. We process your order within 1-2 days and once your package ships, you can expect delivery within 2-3 business days. We send a shipping email with the delivery confirmation number. You can check the USPS website to see the progress of your package.  You are not paying the shipping from Japan. We have already done that for you!

For our international orders,  we use USPS Priority or international first class shipping. We also ship to APO and FPO addresses using USPS Priority mail.

We do ship from Tokyo, Japan but only to orders within Japan and on occasion to other countries within Asia.

If you need your package expedited, please email us and we will make those arrangements with you.
